After shabu, now comes Marijuana teabag
========================================
After the controversial Shabu, now comes marijuana.
A marijuana teabag was found allegedly at the Senate lounge, a
dining and lounging area exclusively for the Senators and their
guests, while they were busy tackling the proposed Special
Purpose Asset Vehicle Bill (SPAV).
The said teabag was found inside a PLDT phone directory (between
the pages) by a Senate employee at the lounge.
Shocked on the said stuff, Choi Enriquez an employee of the
Senate external Department who found the said marijuana teabag
immediately called the attention of the Senate-Sgt-at-Arms.
The book according to Enriquez was resting in a table near the
refrigerator.
Enriquez was about to make phone call when he discovered the
plastic that contained the illegal herb.
He quickly brought the plastic to OSAA who in turn brought it to
Camp Crame.
Camp Crame was expected to report its finding today before the
office of the Senate President.
The Office of the Sergeant at Arms (OSAA) still has no idea to
whom the said marijuana teabag belongs.
According to OSAA Chief Ret. Gen. Jose Balajadia, the owner of
the said marijuana tea bag is still unknown.
Balajadia told People's TONIGHT that it would be highly
impossible to determine at this point of time the real owner of
the illegal stuff found inside the lounge.
"Medyo mahirap tukuyin sa ngayon kung sino talaga ang nag
mamay-ari nito dahil sa napakaraming tao ang pumapasok sa Senate
Lounge para kumain." Balajadia said.
This is the second time that the Sergeant-at-Arms found illegal
drugs in the Senate building.
The first incident was a pack of shabu found inside an eyeglass
case in a reserved section of the Senate session hall for the
staff of Senator Ralph Recto.///camille p. balagtas
